Regulatory Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of a Testing Plan for SCCL regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the end-to-end SCCL Testing Plan across all relevant workstreams
• Coordinate across functional teams to ensure testing aligns with regulatory requirements
• Own and manage testing lifecycle activities, including test scripts and UAT

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services
• Experience managing regulatory-driven testing initiatives
• Hands-on experience with U.S. regulatory agencies during exams or reviews
• Strong understanding of SCCL requirements or similar reporting frameworks
• Proficiency in maintaining governance artifacts such as project plans and test evidence
