Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to callers and triage telephone calls for clinical consultation and case managers
- Enter new claims data into the claims management system and maintain data integrity in various databases
- Support clinical staff with appointment scheduling, medical record requests, and other case management components
Required Qualifications
- AS/AA degree or two years of college preferred
- Experience in a medical office environment preferred
- Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
