Remote Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to callers and triage telephone calls for clinical consultation and case managers
• Enter new claims data into the claims management system and maintain data integrity in various databases
• Support clinical staff with appointment scheduling, medical record requests, and other case management components

Required Qualifications

• AS/AA degree or two years of college preferred
• Experience in a medical office environment preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
