Remote EAP Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor with a preference for candidates with Native American experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to employees and their families through an Employee Assistance Program
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health and wellness topics

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
• Current licensure as a counselor, social worker, or psychologist
• Experience in providing counseling services, preferably in an EAP setting
• Knowledge of Native American culture and issues is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
