[Remote] Healthcare Customer Service Representative – HIRING ASAP

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative. In this role, the CSR will deliver exceptional service to customers, handle calls, manage administrative tasks, and assist individuals with applications for disability-related programs.

Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, clients, and facilities.
• Verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergency transportation and paratransit services using transportation management systems.
• Provide courteous, professional, and culturally sensitive service to all customers.
• Respond to inquiries and document complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general clerical tasks including data entry, document scanning, and filing system maintenance.
• Maintain daily scheduling for Eligibility staff and manage customer appointments.
• Collect and track payments for replacement IDs.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Monitor and order office supplies proactively.
• Serve as the point of contact for office equipment vendors and manage vendor files.
• Recommend alternative suppliers when appropriate.
• Provide comprehensive reception coverage with a high level of professionalism.
• Support special projects as assigned.
