Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CDOs and CIOs
- Lead onboarding and training efforts to ensure high adoption and satisfaction among users
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Strategic Customer Success, or related roles
- Strong understanding of data technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Tableau
- Proven track record in managing customer renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Familiarity with data governance, quality, and related fields is a plus
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like GDPR or HIPAA is advantageous
