A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of calls regarding delinquent and overdrawn accounts, making payment arrangements
- Contact members with past due accounts to set up repayment schedules and obtain payments
- Complete tasks related to collection and closure of delinquent accounts, including recommendations for repossession or charge off
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (GED equivalent)
- Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service or collections
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to collections and repossession
- Familiarity with collection-tracking systems
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
