Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead AR operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AR operations, including billing, collections, and cash application
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and oversee revenue recognition processes
• Lead and mentor a team of AR and Collections Specialists to improve efficiency and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in AR and/or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, especially revenue recognition
• Prior experience with NetSuite or other large ERP systems
• Experience managing teams and developing performance metrics
