Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Tax and Accounting Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership on all tax-related matters for clients, including planning and risk management
• Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns and reports
• Oversee tax, accounting, and bookkeeping operations while driving process improvements through technology

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced degree and/or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate taxation, preferably in a public company environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Experience integrating varying tax processes
• High integrity and commitment to compliance and governance standards
