Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Cash Posting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments to accounts
• Process and record various payment types, including ACH, wires, and lockbox activity
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and support the Team Lead in maintaining efficient processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant accounts payable or accounts receivable experience
• High level of accuracy and ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
• Successful completion of a background investigation
