A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support insurance and healthcare operations remotely in Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from providers regarding Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) and Provider Enrollment
- Document interactions by creating a Customer Tracking Number (CTN) for each call
- Escalate complex issues to management as necessary and contribute to team goals
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact or call center environment
- Background in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare operations is preferred
- Experience with call center platforms such as CXone or Avaya is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
