Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing BDR or Sales teams
- Familiarity with AMER sales market and buyer behavior
- Proven experience selling SaaS products and managing salespeople in a SaaS environment
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams effectively
- Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) with a data-driven approach to decision-making
