A company is looking for a Call Center Coordinator - Remote (Bi-Lingual, Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through a remote call center while managing multiple client queues
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and monitor customer and employee schedules
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adequate phone coverage and maintain a professional remote work environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred
- Fluent Spanish bilingual speakers are highly desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Ability to work efficiently from home using provided communication platforms
