Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Coordinator - Remote (Bi-Lingual, Part Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through a remote call center while managing multiple client queues
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and monitor customer and employee schedules
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adequate phone coverage and maintain a professional remote work environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred
  • Fluent Spanish bilingual speakers are highly desirable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Ability to work efficiently from home using provided communication platforms
