A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish and English Pre-Visit Care Connector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach to members and complete Pre-Visit Assessments
- Document demographic and medical history information accurately
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of call center and/or telephonic customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- 2+ years of healthcare experience or social work/community outreach experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
