Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate support to Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels
- Safeguard confidential information and translate complex plan information into understandable terms for customers
- Document call notes accurately and participate in team meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Spanish language skills with the ability to translate between Spanish and English
- Experience in a customer service environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High School degree required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously in a structured, self-paced environment
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
