• Provide compassionate support to Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels
• Safeguard confidential information and translate complex plan information into understandable terms for customers
• Document call notes accurately and participate in team meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Excellent Spanish language skills with the ability to translate between Spanish and English
• Experience in a customer service environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High School degree required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously in a structured, self-paced environment
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus
