Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, agents, and clients via phone and web to address insurance-related inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues
- Assist in problem resolution to meet insurance requirements and accurately enter information into the system
- Process policies and related documents efficiently while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least six months of customer service-related experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
