Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Patient Support Specialist with experience in schizophrenia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive phone, email, and chat support to clinical trial participants and site staff
- Manage inbound calls and conduct remote outbound calls to enhance participant engagement
- Be available during non-business hours, including evenings and weekends
Required Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED with 3+ years of patient interaction experience, or a 4-year degree with 1+ year of experience
- Experience working with sensitive patient populations, specifically schizophrenia
- Strong organizational skills and best document practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external customers
- Clinical trial experience of at least 3-5 years is preferred
