Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate (Call Center) - Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 60-80 incoming and outgoing patient calls daily regarding medical bills
  • Utilize the Cedar platform to address patient inquiries via chats, phone calls, and outbound campaigns
  • Lead the payment posting process and follow up on defaulted payments, including insurance and third-party follow-ups
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance, or related healthcare fields
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Ability to work remotely in a quiet and private space
