Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and navigating multiple software systems
- Must be bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with EHR/medical records systems is preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
