Billing Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution specialist for Meditech Government and Work Comp Payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, and resolves consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
• Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts within established limits

Required Qualifications

• Experience in billing and posting resolution, particularly with government and work comp payers
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve billing issues
• Ability to negotiate settlements and manage customer accounts
• Familiarity with Meditech systems is preferred
• Relevant education or training in healthcare billing or finance
