A company is looking for a Business Growth Director (US Services - East).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive standardization, best practices, and innovation across the portfolio to enhance competitive positioning
• Provide strategic guidance to executives, including solution shaping and strategy responses
• Lead discussions in solutioning, pricing, and proposal meetings in collaboration with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred
• 10 years of relevant professional experience
• 7-10 years of experience in Capture, Business Development, or related position
• Strong knowledge of state & local government health and human services programs
• Experience managing P&L or Operations is preferred
