Key Responsibilities
- Develop new marketing channels and strategies to support growth of new offerings
- Define the foundation for DTC marketing, including segmentation, targeting, and messaging
- Lead marketing budget planning and track key performance metrics for data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or lead generation, with at least 2+ years in management
- Proven track record in building and scaling growth marketing efforts in a high-growth DTC business
- Expertise in lead generation across paid and non-paid digital channels
- Experience managing marketing budgets and running A/B tests for continuous improvement
- Experience in a 0-1 growth marketing environment that required testing and building new channels
