Head of Growth

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth to oversee growth strategy and execution for its brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale growth for leading brand(s), starting with Verb Energy
• Guide paid acquisition teams and optimize various advertising channels
• Audit product and marketing funnels, identifying areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce growth experience (DTC or Amazon brands)
• Proven success in scaling consumer brands through paid and owned channels
• Strong analytical skills with experience in modeling CAC, LTV, and payback
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and/or internal teams
• Demonstrated curiosity and ownership mindset
