Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale its marketing efforts in partnership with the Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the top-of-funnel growth strategy to generate qualified pipeline across various market segments
- Lead a high-impact Growth Marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to drive business growth
- Oversee performance marketing efforts, including paid channel strategies and website conversion rate optimization
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 7 years in demand generation or growth leadership roles
- Experience partnering with Sales to build pipeline and execute go-to-market strategies
- Proven leadership of SDR or BDR teams and integration of their efforts into broader marketing programs
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales journeys and marketing strategies across various stages
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase
