- Capture business requirements and identify testing scenarios while coordinating with technology architects
- Facilitate architecture and design of cross-technology platform integrations, ensuring process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business process analysis
- Experience with MS Dynamics CRM (D365) and other technologies like SAP and BI
- Familiarity with hybrid waterfall/agile project environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using MS DevOps
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack
