Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport and leverage relationships with borrowers to meet their needs
• Analyze financial situations and advise on appropriate loan products
• Manage multiple customer files and lock loans at point of sale

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a call center
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
• Ability to accurately structure and price loans
• Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
• Current NMLS license; additional state licenses preferred
