Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls from customers and schedule appointments
• Gather customer information and provide accurate quotes while scheduling jobs
• Meet sales goals and enter customer information into the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of working experience in customer service or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with the Windows operating system
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to ethical conduct
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must provide personal computer and hardwired internet connection
