A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing and deciding on case management strategies
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
- Licenses: Active RN license in California and a Compact state, in good standing
- Internet: Reliable internet connection required
