Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator - Case Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information to callers and triage calls for clinical consultation and case management
- Enter and maintain claims data in the management system and ensure data integrity in the Ahshay database
- Support clinical staff with case management tasks, including scheduling and facilitating claims adjudication
Required Qualifications:
- AS/AA degree or two years of college preferred
- Experience in a medical office environment preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology strongly preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Must be computer literate and comfortable with MS Word, MS Excel, and email
