A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
- Serve as the point-of-contact for all stakeholders throughout the transaction process, coordinating necessary scheduling and updates
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient in navigating multiple software systems
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
- Experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
