Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for all stakeholders throughout the transaction process, coordinating necessary scheduling and updates
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient in navigating multiple software systems
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
  • Experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
