Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service
- Analyze client data to identify trends and conduct regular check-ins for satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and manage concerns
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting with a technology-related minor preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Success with proven Operations or Technical expertise
- Experience in implementation and/or consulting within the healthcare vertical
- Knowledge of EMR, Patient Engagement, Medical Billing, and Business Information & Analytics systems
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong business acumen
