Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and execution of Care Management processes
- Assist care management staff in meeting program processes and operational responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, fax, task queues, and upload medical records to member charts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support within a clinical environment
- Familiarity with Care Management processes and tools
- Proficiency in managing medical records and documentation
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Availability to work Thursday through Monday, 8am - 5pm CST
