Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing tactics to generate leads and revenue aligned with LATAM business priorities
- Manage brand positioning and communications, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies
- Track and report on marketing performance, collaborating with sales teams on lead generation outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or related areas in the HR Tech industry
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Experience with marketing technologies such as Salesforce and Demandbase is desired
