Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas
• Establish and maintain relationships with patients and healthcare providers in a telephonic setting
• Coordinate resources to assist patients with financial needs and maintain accurate patient account records in a digital CRM

Required Qualifications

• AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license in one or more states
• Four or more years of nursing experience; prior telephonic experience is a plus
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and healthcare billing is advantageous
• Experience and comfort with a digital CRM are required
• Must be eligible to obtain licensure in all 50 states
