Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation projects and serve as a resource for management and staff on pay-related issues
- Develop and administer incentive plans and maintain Pay Grade Plan guidelines
- Analyze compensation projects, resolve issues, and train management and staff on compensation plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-6 years of compensation experience, including market pricing and writing job descriptions
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- HRIS and database experience preferred
