Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer II to manage regulatory exam management and issue remediations within the Compliance Strategy & Transformation Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regulatory issue remediation lifecycle and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate remediation
- Act as a liaison during compliance examinations, coordinating regulatory requests and ensuring quality control of deliverables
- Develop reports on compliance regulatory landscape and maintain expertise on current laws and regulations affecting the bank
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- Project Management experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Archer/Workiva tools
- Certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous
