Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Revenue Operations Analyst to support and optimize the operational foundation of the revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, document, and improve key revenue processes across the sales funnel
- Own and maintain process documentation for internal alignment and transparency
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects impacting revenue teams
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of go-to-market processes, including lead management
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and project management tools
- Experience as a Salesforce system administrator or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time with 4+ hours of daily overlap with US EST/CST time zones
