Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to join its legal team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various complex agreements including SaaS subscription agreements and NDAs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and recommend modifications to contractual terms
• Manage the internal document review process and improve contract templates and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and experience with complex privacy and data security provisions
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA
• Experience with contract management systems like Ironclad or Linksquares is a plus
