CPA Treasury Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Accounting Manager with a focus on Technical Accounting Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical accounting analysis and application of U.S. GAAP to derivatives, foreign exchange contracts, investment securities, and debt instruments
• Evaluate and document accounting implications of new transactions and financial products, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Serve as a subject matter expert on technical accounting issues, providing guidance to business units and senior leadership

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting or a technical accounting role within a financial institution
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly regarding financial instruments and derivatives
• Experience interpreting and applying complex accounting standards
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
