A company is looking for a Customer Service Operations, Data Intake professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Review documents through inbound faxes and identify reportable events
- Search and navigate through assigned cases using detailed activity reports of Pharmacy orders
- Perform data entry and create Adverse Event reports
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1 or more years of experience in a customer service-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Intermediate knowledge/utilization of MS Office applications and productivity tools
- Ability to navigate and toggle between screens and systems to complete tasks
- Good interpersonal and critical thinking skills
