Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer demands with excellent time management
- Proficient in PC and technical/software skills, with preferred experience in GoTo phone systems and Oracle Business Suites
