Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and internet while documenting interactions in the system
  • Efficiently navigate multiple systems to troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions for customer issues
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a comprehensive customer service experience
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer demands with excellent time management
  • Proficient in PC and technical/software skills, with preferred experience in GoTo phone systems and Oracle Business Suites
