Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Hybrid - Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Schedule estimates, inspections, and set up new services while resolving customer service issues
  • Provide administrative support and participate in team meetings and training programs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the corporate office
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Reliable high-speed internet service for remote work
