A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Hybrid - Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule estimates, inspections, and set up new services while resolving customer service issues
- Provide administrative support and participate in team meetings and training programs

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the corporate office
- Ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds
