Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships as the primary post-sales contact
  • Lead onboarding and training efforts for successful platform implementation
  • Drive product usage and value realization through engagement monitoring and strategic business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing Account Management role in the SaaS industry
  • Proven experience managing a book of business from onboarding to renewals
  • Familiarity with Education Technology (EdTech) and online training is a plus
  • Experience with AI application and strategies
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without stipulations
