Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong customer relationships as the primary post-sales contact
- Lead onboarding and training efforts for successful platform implementation
- Drive product usage and value realization through engagement monitoring and strategic business reviews
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing Account Management role in the SaaS industry
- Proven experience managing a book of business from onboarding to renewals
- Familiarity with Education Technology (EdTech) and online training is a plus
- Experience with AI application and strategies
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without stipulations
