Key Responsibilities
- Implement a premium onboarding experience for customers, managing up to 50 clients through onboarding projects
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners, ensuring organized programs with clear goals and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth product adoption
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in customer success and project management, preferably in a SaaS/PaaS environment
- Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing customer requests
- Strong project management skills with familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems and Cloud Computing solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment
