Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to oversee product onboarding and customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a premium onboarding experience for customers, managing up to 50 clients through onboarding projects
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners, ensuring organized programs with clear goals and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer success and project management, preferably in a SaaS/PaaS environment
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing customer requests
  • Strong project management skills with familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems and Cloud Computing solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment
