Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of K-12 education systems and technology preferred
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is preferred
