Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train government personnel on software, developing customized training programs
- Regularly communicate with government personnel to ensure their needs are met and they realize the full value of the software
- Manage CoCounsel accounts, offering tailored solutions and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer objectives
Required Qualifications
- A law degree and/or substantial experience working with government or court customers
- Experience in legal technology and/or AI-based software platforms
- Strong interest in learning about new technology and software
- Experience training and interacting with customers regularly
- A positive attitude and enjoyment in problem-solving and helping customers
