Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on state and local courts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and train government personnel on software, developing customized training programs
  • Regularly communicate with government personnel to ensure their needs are met and they realize the full value of the software
  • Manage CoCounsel accounts, offering tailored solutions and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer objectives
Required Qualifications
  • A law degree and/or substantial experience working with government or court customers
  • Experience in legal technology and/or AI-based software platforms
  • Strong interest in learning about new technology and software
  • Experience training and interacting with customers regularly
  • A positive attitude and enjoyment in problem-solving and helping customers
