A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for software-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a product expert in Enrollware's software
- Respond to support tickets and phone calls in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between the customer and in-house development team to troubleshoot technical issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field
- 2 - 5 years of customer service experience in a related field
- Experience supporting SaaS software applications
