A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative - Collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to collections operations and ensure timely receipt of claim payments
- Generate and analyze reports to identify and resolve outstanding patient account issues
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and assist with various projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1 - 2 years' related experience
- General computer skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications
- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills
