A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative - Collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to collections operations and ensure timely receipt of claim payments
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify and resolve outstanding patient account issues
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and assist with various projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 - 2 years' related experience
  • General computer skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills
