Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for users, providing solutions and support
- Assist customers in scheduling meetings and addressing their inquiries
- Document and escalate customer and internal issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software (SaaS) customer support
- Technical software troubleshooting skills and experience
- Experience in Live Chat or Phone customer support is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
