Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-touch customer support during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users, providing solutions and support
  • Assist customers in scheduling meetings and addressing their inquiries
  • Document and escalate customer and internal issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in software (SaaS) customer support
  • Technical software troubleshooting skills and experience
  • Experience in Live Chat or Phone customer support is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
