Key Responsibilities
- Mentor, coach, and develop the sales team to meet business objectives
- Oversee sales team pipeline development, deal forecasting, and execution
- Guide Business Development Managers on resource allocation and account strategy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
- Previous experience selling legal technology is a strong plus
- Strong track record of revenue attainment as an individual or team lead
- Ability to interact with C-level executives
