A company is looking for a Director of Channel Sales to lead indirect sales initiatives through a network of value-added resellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide VARs on positioning and implementing Machine Health solutions aligned with their business goals
- Own the full VAR lifecycle, ensuring partners have the necessary tools and support for revenue generation
- Build executive relationships with partner leadership and identify co-selling opportunities to expand commercial impact
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on reseller channel development
- Deep understanding of reseller business models, including deal registration and incentive programs
- Strong ability to engage and influence both internal stakeholders and external partner executives
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, predictive maintenance, or condition monitoring
- Experienced in designing onboarding materials and scalable frameworks to accelerate partner performance
